Halloween Masquerade

Instead of releasing more shop items for Halloween, Ntreev decided to take this move. They are going to start another event called “Halloween Masquerade”

 

Hello Pangya Players,

We understand that as much as you love dressing up your characters, you may also love dressing up as your character. I believe the professional term for this is Costume Play, aka "Cosplay" as it is more widely known.

Since Halloween is right around the corner, we want you all to share your Halloween spirit with us here.

If you are brave enough, post a picture of you in a Halloween or Cosplay costume! Should you be a little camera shy, then you can submit a screenshot of your character in a Halloween or Cosplay costume instead.

So go check out your closet or inventory and dig up those fashionable outfits that you may have forgotten about. Pick the cutest, scariest, best one and show us! And yes, for those brave enough, you may participate in both the Photo contest and the Character contest.
When: 10/13/2009 ~ 10/31/2009

1st place: 10,000 points
2nd place:  7,000 points
3rd place:  5,000 points

*These points can only be used for Pangya.

1st place: 4 Gacha Coins
2nd place: 3 Gacha Coins
3rd place: 2 Gacha Coins

 

How to Participate:

If you are trying out for the Best Photo
1. Post a picture of yourself in a costume. It doesn’t have to be Pangya-related. Just so we know it is really you, we want you to include your IGN in the picture.

2. Please keep the file format as JPEG and the dimension under 1024 x 768. (Don’t make it too small though, we have to see you).

If you are trying out for the Best Screenshot
1. Post a screenshot of your character. You may wear a self-design created by someone else, but the screenshot has to be of your character.

2. Please keep the file format as JPEG and the dimension under 1024 x 768. (Don’t make it too small though, we have to see you).

3. Please post a new screenshot that we haven’t seen before. Cross-posting from ‘Carve your own Halloween on Self Design Items!’ event is okay but we would like to see something new.

4. Yo u may participate in both events, but please make sure to have both pictures within the (1) same post.

 

Rules:
1. The winners of this contest will be decided by the Ntreev USA team.

2. Please keep all posts appropriate and in observance of the TOU (Terms of Use) Agreement at all times.

3. Please stay on topic. All posts without any submissions will be deleted.

4. Please post once, and only once. Keep it in one post if you have submissions for both categories.

5. The Forum Account you are entering from must match the Account IGN displayed in your photo or screenshot.

I think this event sucks since it is not much in game related. But I think this is something to look forward to. I’m honestly interested on how players will participate in this kind of event considering the fact that they will show themselves in public pretending to be one of the pangya characters. I’ve checked the thread for this event and I saw one that actually posted his/her pic. I wonder how many people will dare to show their faces on the forum XD.
